This website and online store are operated by Dawin Finishes SMC Limited (“Dawin Finishes”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site or buying from us you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referred to in them. Please read them before using the site.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the change here. It is your responsibility to check this page; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

2.Using the site

By agreeing to these Terms you confirm you are of the age of majority in your place of residence. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, breach any law in your jurisdiction, or transmit malicious code. Breach of these Terms ends your right to use our services.

3.Products, pricing and availability

Prices are subject to change without notice, and we may modify or discontinue any product or service at any time. We have made every effort to show colours and finishes accurately, but we cannot guarantee how they appear on your screen — and natural materials vary between pieces.

We may limit or refuse any order, and may limit quantities per person, household or order. Where we change or cancel an order we will try to contact you using the details you provided.

4.Made-to-order work

Bespoke, fitted and made-to-order items are manufactured to the drawings, measurements and finish selections you approve. Once you approve them, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled for change of mind. Our Returns & Refunds Policy sets out what happens in that case.

5.Accuracy of your information

You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase, account and site information, and to keep it up to date so we can complete your order and reach you when we need to.

6.Warranty and returns

Our Warranty Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these Terms and set out what we guarantee and when an item can be returned.

7.Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Except as expressly stated by us, products and services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or any product, and our total liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

8.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dawin Finishes SMC Limited and its officers, employees and contractors from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

9.Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to, or provide access to, third-party sites and tools we do not control. We provide them without warranty and are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms before you use them.

10.Personal information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11.Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in force. These Terms and the policies posted on this site are the entire agreement between us and supersede any earlier version.

These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide you services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
